Working together with learners to identify and address personal and educational needs
Reducing barriers that prevent learners from accessing education and support
Coordinating access to applicable resources and organizations to best support learners
Utilizing a learner-centred delivery of information and instructional excellence
Holding ourselves accountable to a high standard of learner service delivery that includes evaluation of our efforts and redesign when required
